Really good Stay Near the Park Entrance

The location was excellent, close to main attractions. The hotel also provided a hot chocolate bar. It was a good treat after a day outdoors. The outdoor fire pit added a cozy touch, it was great.

My stay coincided with limited services, I understand the breakfast was just a basic paper bag. It would be really nice with more extensive options available in the future.

The room featured a small fridge plus a microwave, very practical for storing snacks. The provided mountain views were truly amazing and enhanced the stay, I enjoyed them a lot.

The location is quite convenient for accessing the park. The shuttle stop is very close which is a definite plus. The staff were all friendly and willing to assist when needed.

The ground floor location was not ideal. I could hear a lot of noise from the room above, especially late at night. The noise disrupted my sleep pattern.

The lobby presents well. The grounds have a lush presentation. I enjoyed the corner patio that included rocking chairs and a table. The breakfast buffet offered appealing variety.

I found the daily parking fee unexpected. It was not included in the price per night. I also felt the rooms are in need of a bit of an update. They are still comfy though.

wonderful zion stay

the location was convenient, placing me so close to zion national park. i especially liked the available coffee, it was nice to grab a cup each morning. the rooms also felt very clean offering a refreshing space after a day of hiking.

i was a bit bothered by the ground floor location as noise traveled easily from above. furniture moving and footsteps were clearly audible late at night it affected my sleep quality.

the breakfast buffet provided a good variety with eggs, bacon, and pancakes available. i noticed the area was consistently clean as staff promptly cleared tables after guests left ensuring comfortable seating.

the check-in was smooth and the staff member was very friendly and efficient. i also saw that the staff was helpful with directions and recommendations for local restaurants making guests feel welcome.

the hotel includes an outdoor pool that is heated and also a hot tub which is available for guests. i saw that the fitness center contains three treadmills and two stationary bikes allowing guests to exercise.

The hotel is super close to Zion. I saw a bus stop to the Visitor Center right by the hotel. The grounds were well-kept. The pool and jacuzzi outside were nice, with mountain views it was a good spot to chill after a day at Zion.

There could have been a little more lighting out front.
